Manuel Lopes was a fit and active 23 year-old when he was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis).

An avid Rugby player, Manuel had to give up his favourite sport and many of the other activities he had once enjoyed after finding out about the diagnosis.

However, from adversity often springs hope and Manuel decided to make the most of his situation.

Now a successful businessman, Manuel started Play2Care in 2015 with a mission to help those affected by MS and other neurological diseases.

In less than a year the charity was certified as a fully registered non-profit organisation.

Since then Play2Care has supported many people whose lives have been affected by debilitating diseases like MS.

While there has been a lot of research and support into the the treatment of these diseases, Play2Care’s focus has been on changing lives on a day to day, practical level.

We have made a substantial donation of €5,000 to this unique, life-changing charity.

Watch this space for stories about how our donation has made a huge difference for many people across Europe.

You can find out more about Play2Care by visiting their website at www.play2care.org.
